The Open University of Sri Lanka Capacity Enhancement (OUSL-CE) project is one of three components of the Distance Education Modernization Project (DEMP) funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB) loan 1999 - SRI (SF) and the Government of Sri Lanka. Ministry of Education. The three parts of the US S60 million DEMP project are: 1) OUSL Capacity Enhancement. 2) Distance Education Partnership Programme (DEPP), and 3) National Distance Education Network (NDEN).
